I decided to explore different forms of appliqué in 2025. I'm taking an online course from Shannon Brinkley at her school, Art School for Makers, and she leads us through the completion of a mini-project for each technique covered.
Inspiration for 2025
I’m slowly starting to think about my quilting projects for this coming year. I remembered a pattern that I made a while ago and the colors immediately reminded me of my original inspiration for this pattern: my favorite mug that I bought in a shop in Des Moines, Iowa during a family visit.
