III. Orders

Fil Volant operates solely as an on-line store and does not have a brick-and-mortar store in which to receive customers.

The placing of an order on the online store www.filvolant.com implies the prior acceptance of the general conditions of sale. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract between the customer and the company Fil Volant. The customer must follow the different steps to validate his/her order. By following these steps, the customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his/her order, to check the details related to the purchase, such as the price, the products, the delivery address, and to correct any errors before the final validation.

Fil Volant reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order. Fil Volant also reserves the right to cancel any transaction the nature or origin of which it deems doubtful. In this case, the company Fil Volant will inform the customer by e-mail.

An email in the form of an invoice summarizing the order will be sent to the customer. Fil Volant recommends that the customer keep this as a record for any follow-up relating to his/her order. An invoice will be issued upon delivery for tangible products (fabrics or other supplies).

The data recorded and kept by Fil Volant will be considered as proof of the order and of all past transactions.

In the event of a subsequent modification of the general conditions of sale, the customer is subject to the version in force when ordering.

IV. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the corresponding page on the website www.filvolant.com. The offers presented are only valid while stock lasts.

Fil Volant cannot be held responsible for modifications made to virtual files after their purchase, in particular, but not limited to, non-respect of the printing scale, orientation, or modification of the size.

The photographs, texts, graphics, and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual.

V. Return Policy

Fil Volant respects the withdrawal period of 14 calendar days, except for the exceptions noted below. During this period, the customer can return, at his/her expense, the products which do not suit him/her, accompanied by the initial invoice. The products must be in perfect condition. The period starts from the day of delivery of the customer's order. Any return must be reported in advance to the customer service of Fil Volant by email to the address: contact@filvolant.com. Customers will receive instructions for how to proceed with the return of goods after Fil Volant has received and treated the email.

Exceptions to the return policy: cut products (fabrics, ribbons, or others) and patterns in PDF format or on paper. These are all final sales.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Fil Volant would undertake to reimburse the customer upon receipt of the goods.

The price indicated does not include the shipping costs which will be detailed if necessary in the summary before validating the order. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.
