Delivery of physical items is only possible within the E.U. and the U.K.

The free shipping offer for orders of 85 € and above is not applicable to the following locations:

Physical products will be delivered by La Poste Colissimo following payment and validation of the order. The maximum time to process orders and entrust them to the Post Office will not exceed three days (subject to availability of items, excluding weekends and holidays and cases of force majeure).

Delivery fees are based on address and weight. Shipping costs will be displayed when ordering online and will be validated when customers validate their order.

Physical products will be delivered to the address indicated when the order is placed online. Fil Volant is not responsible for any error when entering information during the order. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, the return costs will be paid by the customer.

Fil Volant is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to disruptions attributable to mail carriers or other cases of force majeure.

Customers must check the condition of the packaging and the products upon delivery. They must report any damage to the delivery service as well as to Fil Volant at (contact@filvolant.com), within two working days after receiving the goods.

In the event of an error on our part, we undertake to send the correct product ordered (subject to availability) once the incorrect product has been received by Fil Volant. In this case, the return costs would be at our expense.


PDFs

Electronically delivered products sold in PDF format will be downloadable within 24 hours of payment and order validation. Fil Volant undertakes to make every effort to provide dematerialized products within 24 hours. However, Fil Volant cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for delays due to faults which are not attributable to it.
